Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and discharge patients across musculoskeletal and related systems. This role requires collaboration with physicians and teammates to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

The position includes up to a 20-hour workweek with some evenings and weekends, travel within a 45-minute radius, and a $5 per hour float differential. A $5,000 sign-on is available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Maintains continuing education requirements as mandated by state standards.

Responsibilities

• Interprets referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary evaluations.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Monitors outcomes and adjusts plans accordingly.
• Keeps accurate patient documentation and coding per policy.
• Promotes patient safety and participates in quality improvement.
