Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, document progress, and coordinate care with physicians and teammates in a 40-hour workweek. The position includes day shifts with at least two evening shifts per week and requires adherence to safety and documentation standards.

Compensation features a pay range of $41.10–$61.65 per hour and a $7,500 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state you work; Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred or required as applicable.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician referrals and complete musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations.
• Establish and implement a plan of care with treatment based on evaluation results and goals.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policy.
• Maintain productivity standards and follow billing and documentation procedures.
