Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Fort Collins. You will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on various client products and communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, a technical school certification, and own a basic repair tool kit. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and drive to client locations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
