Job summary

RTI International is seeking Part‑Time Field Interviewers for the National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG). You will travel to selected locations, recruit participants, and conduct in‑person interviews, often in the evenings or weekends, using a project tablet.

Qualifications

• Must possess High School Diploma or GED.
• Effective communication through speech and listening.
• Fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Comfortable using RTI issued tablet and related equipment.
• Access to password-protected Wi-Fi for data transmissions and administrative tasks.
• Able to keep project information confidential.
• Willing to work ~20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel to selected locations to recruit study participants.
• Screen and recruit respondents for the NSFG interviews.
• Conduct in-person interviews and administer questionnaires.
• Interact with households without a prior appointment.
• Maintain confidential data and complete required trainings.
• Submit timely Time & Expense reports and participate in meetings.
