RTI International is seeking self-motivated individuals to work as Part-Time Field Interviewers for the NSFG study. You will travel to selected households, screen for eligible participants, and conduct in-person interviews using project tablets and laptops.

The role offers flexible scheduling and requires strong communication and confidentiality. Qualified candidates should be comfortable in private settings, able to work approximately 20 hours per week including weekends/evenings, and able to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Effective communication skills in speech and listening.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Available for entire training and data collection period.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Comfortable with RTI-issued equipment (tablet, laptop).
• Access to password-protected Wi‑Fi for data transmissions.
• Ability to keep project information confidential.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and after dark.
• Willingness to work ~20 hours per week, including weekends/evenings.

Responsabilités

• Travel to selected locations to recruit study participants.
• Identify eligible adult household members and conduct screening interviews.
• Administer NSFG interviews to respondents as needed.
• Interact with households without prior appointment expectations.
• Collect confidential information via standardized questionnaires.
• Attend project meetings via conference calls or Zoom.
