RTI International is seeking Part-Time Field Interviewers to support the National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG). You will travel to selected locations, locate dwelling units, screen participants, and recruit respondents for longer interviews when eligible.

This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule, about 20 hours per week, with evenings and weekends, training, and access to RTI-provided equipment. You will work from home with a reliable internet connection and conduct face-to-face

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills through speech and listening.
• Fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking.
• Available for entire training and data collection period.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and reliable personal automobile.
• Comfortable using RTI issued tablet, laptop and related equipment.
• Access to password-protected Wi-Fi for data transmissions.
• Able to keep project information confidential.
• Willingness to work approximately 20 hours per week, including weekends and weekday evenings.
• Able to work in unfamiliar areas.

Responsabilités

• Traveling frequently to selected locations to recruit study participants.
• Locating dwelling units and identifying eligible adult members, administering screening and recruiting respondents.
• Interacting with others and approaching households without a prior appointment.
• Making in-person contact to discuss the study, answer questions and obtain participation.
• Collecting confidential information and administering standardized questionnaires.
• Independently managing administrative duties and completing online trainings.
• Transmitting data as scheduled.
• Using project-issued equipment responsibly and safeguarding incentives.
• Submitting Time & Expense reports and attending virtual meetings via Zoom.
• Maintaining reliable home internet access for project work.
