Job summary

RTI International is seeking Part-Time Field Interviewers to support the National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG). The role involves recruiting participants, conducting screening interviews, and administering in-person NSFG interviews in selected households across the United States; training is provided and privacy is emphasized.

Ideal candidates work about 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings, with a flexible schedule, access to RTI-issued equipment, and travel within a region as

Qualifications

• Must possess High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and reliable car for business use.
• Comfortable using RTI issued tablet and laptop.
• Willingness to work ~20 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel to selected locations to recruit study participants.
• Screen households and recruit respondents for in-person NSFG interviews.
• Obtain participation and conduct sensitive interviews in private settings.
• Transmit data as scheduled and complete time/expense reports.
• Attend virtual meetings and trainings; maintain project confidentiality.
