Responsibilities

• Visits company worksites regularly to build relationships of trust.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for employees and their families.
• Assists in planning and attending funerals and grief support.
• May make jail visits to employees and immediate family members.
• Notifies families of deaths and serious injuries; supports them.
• Provides post-termination care to ease transitions for employees.
• Delivers ministry resources and literature as requested.
• Participates in new employee orientation about Employee Care Service.
