Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, interfaith setting with diverse groups.
• Excellent listening and communication skills for staff and families.
• Demonstrated spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian ministry values.
• Diplomacy, patience and courteous interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Strong written and oral communication; capable of handling sensitive issues.
• Problem solving and ability to interpret policies affecting role.
• Proficiency with Google Suites, MS Office, and related tech.
• Active driver's license and state minimum auto insurance where servicing clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a messenger of faith and church mission in workplace settings.
• Visit company worksites regularly to build trust and relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and grief support as needed.
• Provide literature and resources for life issues and referrals as appropriate.
• Represent ministry services to clients and assist with orientation of new staff.
• Coordinate with Executive Director of Operations on duties within agreements.
