Job summary

MCHAP Chaplains is seeking a part-time Chaplain to serve employees and their families, primarily remotely across client sites in the United States. The role focuses on spiritual care, crisis support, and faith-based guidance in a corporate environment.

The Chaplain will visit worksites as needed, provide confidential pastoral conversations, assist with funerals, grief support, and coordinate resources with the Employee Care Service, reporting to the EDO and client needs.

• Strong listening and communication skills with clients and families.
• Ability to document accurately according to standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral support at company sites and remote settings.
• Visit employees at hospitals, nursing homes, and homes as needed.
• Coordinate with executives to plan memorials and post-termination care.
• Offer confidential spiritual guidance and resources.
