Qualifications

• Analytical skills to define problems and identify solutions; follow policies.
• Proficiency with Google Suites, MS Office, internet and email apps; quick learner of new tech.
• Active state driver’s license and auto insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to interact with employees and build relationships of trust and friendship.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues affecting employees and families.
• Offers referrals to specialized resources and coordinates support services.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals for employees or immediate family members.
• Provides post-termination care to aid transitions to new work environments.
• Distributes literature and resources to assist employees with life issues.
• Represents the employer’s ministry services to clients and participates in new employee orientation.
