Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a part-time Warehouse Support Facilities Coordinator for on-site duties in Idaho and Utah. You will perform inspections, vendor coordination, and general upkeep while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and inventory controls.

Responsibilities include managing access, procurement card spend, and coordinating meals and team communications. This role supports site operations and coordination with AFM and site leadership.

Qualifications

• Inspections & Maintenance: daily walkthroughs and weekly inspections.
• Vendor Management: site POC for outside vendors.
• Facilities Upkeep: cleaning, trash, furniture installs.
• Compliance & Training: safety training monthly.
• Inventory & Shipping: manage inventory, shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly site warehouse meeting (30 minutes).
• Coordinate badge access and temporary/permanent badges.
• Manage P-Card spend and receipts.
• Support on-site catering and daily team communications.
• Maintain ticketing for facility requests.
