Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory management and facility operations coordination.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs/Sheets/Drive).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate work orders with facilities management.
• Act as site POC for vendors, coordinating repairs and on-site services.
• Manage general cleaning, trash, and furniture installations.
• Handle access control and badge distribution.
• Administer P‑Card spend and receipts.
• Lead weekly site warehouse meeting.
• Maintain safety training compliance and incident logging.
