Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination or warehouse support.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple duties in a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Inspections & maintenance: daily walkthroughs and weekly inspections.
• Vendor management: site POC for outside vendors and coordinating on-site repairs.
• Facilities upkeep: cleaning, trash pickups, and furniture installs (DIY or via vendor).
• Access control: coordinating badge access and issuing badges.
• Inventory governance: establish warehouse practices, inventory management and audits.
• Shipping & receiving oversight: manage shipments based on stock levels.
• Communication: weekly site meetings and daily stand-up calls.
