Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Pocatello, ID is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Support Facilities Coordinator to join our team. You will perform inspections and maintenance, manage vendors, oversee general upkeep, and coordinate access control and site logistics.

This role includes budgeting, ticketing, daily stand-up communications, and coordinating food/service deliveries. The position does not sponsor visas and requires authorization to work in the United States.

Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Location: Pocatello, ID This Part-time warehouse support Facilities Coordinator will perform the following:* **Inspections & Maintenance:** Conducting daily walkthroughs and thorough weekly inspections (Mondays) to flag repairs or equipment malfunctions.* **Vendor Management:** Acting as the site Point of Contact (POC) for outside vendors and coordinating on-site repairs or maintenance.* **Facilities Upkeep:** Managing general cleaning, coordinating trash pickups, and overseeing new furniture installs (either DIY or via vendor).* **Compliance & Training:** Completing required safety training (approx 30 minutes to 1 hour per month).* **Micro-Kitchen (MK) Management:** Stocking food and drinks, conducting a full \"push\" on the first workday of the week, and performing follow-up stocking as needed.* **Access Control:** Coordinating badge access, including assigning temporary badges and issuing permanent ones.* **Financial Administration:** Managing P-Card spend, monitoring budgeted vs. ad-hoc spending (with AFM), and tracking/uploading receipts.* **Communication & Meetings:** Weekly 1-on-1 with the AFM, site-lead communication calls. Daily Stand-up calls with the team.* **Catering Coordination:** Managing DoorDash memberships (adding/removing users) and receiving site-delivered meals.* **GUTS Ticketing:** Creating and maintaining tickets for all REWS and facility requests.## ## Warehouse Duties* **Inventory Governance:** Establishing warehouse practices and protocols, managing all aspects of inventory, and resolving work-flow problems.* **Inventory Audits:** Conducting full monthly counts and bi-weekly counts for limited-stock items.* **Shipping & Receiving Oversight:** Managing shipments based on max/min stock levels to ensure inventory upkeep.* **Dedicated Meetings:** Leading the 30-minute weekly site warehouse meeting.This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
