Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline hospitality by welcoming clients and stakeholders for scheduled events, delivering proactive assistance, and managing real-time logistical changes.
• Serve as a central institutional resource interpreting university policies and facility procedures.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure operational alignment with full-time management.
• Compile operational reports detailing daily activities, shift dynamics, and incident data.
