Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to ensure every patient and customer has the best eyewear experience in-store. You will help customers choose frames, advise on lenses and coatings, and work with our optical team to measure accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.
• Ability to meet sales goals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by growing existing customer relationships and attracting new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and align with measurements.
• Take measurements with optical tools and consult with Optician.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships.
• Keep displays and inventory organized and attractive.
• Foster an inclusive culture with customers and colleagues.
