Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to meet goals with sales skills and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate existing customer relationships and build new ones.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Help customers choose vision solutions with appropriate products.
• Take measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance, displays, and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
