Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver a premier eye care and eyewear experience in your community. You will help customers select frames, assist with measurements, and apply lens prescriptions with guidance from the Optician.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.
• Embrace new technology with accuracy.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and meet objectives by building existing and new customer relationships.
• Use prescription information to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and displays.
• Foster inclusive culture with respect for customers and colleagues.
