Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 60 college credit hours in Business, Education, IT, Psychology, or related field.
• Superior organizational and clerical skills with current word processing software knowledge and other computer skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to service.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service to students, staff, and administration.
• A criminal background check is required.
• Flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Proctor examinations for internal and external institutions in accordance with test procedures and accommodation directives.
• Maintain test security and confidential records.
• Score tests using the appropriate methods and report scores accurately and efficiently.
