Job summary

Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater is seeking an Events Lead to supervise staff during events, handle money banks, and ensure a high level of guest service. The role supports the Events Director and collaborates across departments to deliver a positive program experience in Albertville, AL.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and smooth event operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff.
• Enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and event set-up/breakdown.
• Supervise, manage breaks, and assign duties to event staff.
• Provide customer service and manage complaints, directing to management when needed.
