Job summary

Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator in Albertville, AL. The role oversees the Guest First service model park-wide and ensures training standards, while evaluating stakeholder feedback to improve guest experiences.

The position reports to the Guest Services Manager and requires leadership in supervising Child Watch Team Members, plus a commitment to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time exempt status applies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a focus on customer service.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct alignment with the venue's Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Hire, train, and schedule Child Watch Team Members.
• Assist with new Team Member orientation, especially Guest 1st Service expectations.
• Provide Guest First service model quality control for all departments.
• Give feedback to managers on Guest First performance and consistency.
• Assist with departmental training standard compliance with the management team.
• Build relationships with park stakeholders to improve guest experience and team performance.
• Inspect facilities before and after events and report to GM/AGM.
• Monitor feedback from members, park visitors, and clients.
• Manage development and growth of the Child Watch Program.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
