Responsibilities

• Ensure correct equipment is available for games and proper set up of play areas.
• Ensure games start on time and are scored accurately.
• Monitor game play areas including turf and courts.
• Maintain and control trash in all areas of the park and buildings.
• Monitor, maintain and service restrooms in all areas of the parks and buildings.
• Communicate issues and updates to supervisor and team members.
• Assist with coordination of programming and events.
• Assist other departments as necessary.
• Greet guests and provide answers and directions as needed.
• Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff.
• Be knowledgeable about prices, leagues, and events.
• Report incidents to management.
• Know and enforce facility policies, procedures, and rules.
• Take shift-lead responsibilities earned by merit and experience.
• Keep scorebooks during games and operate scoreboard accurately.
