Job summary

Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater in Albertville, AL is seeking an Events Supervisor to assist management of events and support facility operations during events. • Bachelor's degree in management, sports management, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in operations or event management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and reporting the overall event calendar to leadership and clients.
• Participate in planning meetings and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate communications with event owners before, during, and after events.
• Oversee event administration with high attention to detail.
• Understand events in the portfolio, aims, and revenue streams.
• Plan and execute local tournaments, including sales and marketing to meet goals.
• Coordinate with other department leaders for event planning and operations.
• Supervise day-to-day tasks when non-event days; prepare for next event.
• Support facilities team with tasks such as field prep, maintenance, and safety.
• Create and monitor team schedules; contribute to budgets and KPI reports.
