Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service and security for patrons at events.
• Arrive 1 hour to 90 minutes prior to event and work shifts of 4+ hours.
• Monitor and enforce rules set by renter or purchaser.
• Check credentials including hand stamps, wristbands and IDs.
• Manage patron flow and provide directions and safety guidance.
• Limit access to restricted areas and respond to patron concerns promptly.
