Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part Time Food and Beverage Supervisor at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. This role oversees all Suite/Food and Beverage operations, including setting up portable bars, inventory tasks, and supporting Banquet functions during events.

You will supervise suite attendants, bartenders, and barbacks when the F&B Outlets Manager is unavailable. The role requires hands-on interaction with clients during events, strong customer service, and proven organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a bar/restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Train suite attendants and barbacks.
• Assist food and beverage areas including concessions and banquets.
• Communicate with suite customers to ensure needs are met.
• Prepare tasks for function rooms and arena bar settings.
• Maintain suite/bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
• Assist with monthly beverage inventory and reporting.
• Maintain Health Department score at 90 or higher.
• Recordkeeping: Attendance, Event Reports, Staff Evaluations.
