Legends Global is seeking a Part Time Food and Beverage Supervisor at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. This role oversees suite and F&B operations, sets up portable bars, and assists with monthly inventory and concessions during events.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year in a bar/restaurant, strong communication, and customer service skills. Certs in ServSafe Allergens and alcohol training are preferred; position involves significant event interaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year experience in a bar/restaurant establishment.
Strong communication and customer service skills required.
ServSafe Allergens certificate and Alcohol Training certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

Training of all suite attendants/barbacks.
Overall assistance with all Food & Beverage areas including concessions and banquets.
Communicate with suite customers to ensure all needs are met.
Prepare tasks for function rooms/arena bar settings and side work lists.
Maintain all suite/bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
Involved in all food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory as assigned.
Maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
Attention to detail and consistency in service.
Position is hands-on with interaction with clients during events.
Recordkeeping (Attendance, Event Reports, Staff Evaluations).
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage.
