Legends Global is hiring a Part Time Food and Beverage Supervisor for the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. You will oversee suite and bar operations, prepare function room setups, and support concessions and banquets during events.

Strong customer service, organization, and leadership are essential for daily staff coordination. Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year in a bar/restaurant, ServSafe and allergen/alcohol certifications.

Qualifications

Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff.
Excellent organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.
ServSafe certification.
Allergen Certificate and Alcohol Training Certificate.

Responsibilities

Training of all suite attendants/barbacks.
Overall assistance to Food and Beverage areas including concessions and banquets.
Communicating with suite customers to ensure needs are met.
Prepare tasks for function rooms/arena bar settings and side work lists.
Maintaining all suite/bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
Involved in all food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory as assigned.
Maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
