Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Certified and Alcohol Training Certification required.
• Basic knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations.
• Cash handling procedures knowledge.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise 5–50 concession staff during events.
• Verify inventories and complete event paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and liquor laws.
• Oversee customer service, inventory, and cash control.
• Assist with opening/closing and staff check-in duties.
