Legends Global is hiring a Part Time Food and Beverage Supervisor for the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. You will oversee suite and bar operations, prepare function room setups, and support concessions and banquets during events.

Strong customer service, organization, and leadership are essential for daily staff coordination. Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year in a bar/restaurant, ServSafe and allergen/alcohol certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Training of all suite attendants/barbacks.
• Overall assistance to Food and Beverage areas including concessions and banquets.
• Communicating with suite customers to ensure needs are met.
• Prepare tasks for function rooms/arena bar settings and side work lists.
• Maintaining all suite/bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
• Involved in all food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory as assigned.
• Maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher.

POSITION SUMMARY

This positionprimarilyoversees allSuite/Food and Beverageoperations which include making sure all suites are readyto be used. Position overseessetting up portable bars, breaking down portable bars, andassistingwith monthly beverage inventory,assistingconcession/warehouse needs, andassistingBanquet functionswhen there are limited Suite duties.This position also oversees all suite attendants, bartenders and barbacks in the absence of theFood and BeverageOutletsManager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Training of all suite attendants/barbacks
• Overall Assistance helping all Food and Beverage areas including concessions andbanquets
• Communicating withsuite customersto ensure all needs have beenmet
• Prepare tasks for function rooms/arena bar settings and side work lists
• Maintaining allsuite/bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
• Involved in all food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory asassigned
• Maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher
• Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service isa must
• Position is very hands on with excessive interaction with clients during events
• Recordkeeping (Attendance, Event Reports,StaffEvaluations)
• Other dutiesdeemednecessary bytheDirector of Food & Beverage Position

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises all Part-time suite attendants, bartenders, barbacks, warehouse, andconcessionstand workers.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Knowledge of Excel and ability to learn other software.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GEDrequired
• At least one year experience ina bar/restaurant establishment
