Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Suite/Food and Beverage operations during events.
• Train suite attendants and bar staff; supervise in absence of manager.
• Set up and break down portable bars; assist with monthly inventory.
• Coordinate with Concessions/Banquet staff and liaise with clients.
• Maintain Health Department score and ensure stock cleanliness.
