Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. is seeking a part-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist at Cheyney House in Hartford, CT.

The role involves supervising clients, facilitating counseling, advocacy and support, and upholding agency policies to maintain a safe, productive environment for residents and staff. Schedule is Friday-Saturday 4:00pm–12:00am with a pay rate of $19.75 per hour plus applicable shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in social service or criminal justice preferred.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one-for-one basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and ensure safety and security.
• Perform routine checks and document incidents.
• Escort and transport clients in a company vehicle.
• Maintain facility security and policy adherence.
• Facilitate counseling, advocacy and program operations.
• Document house counts and shift-change notes.
