Community Solutions is seeking a full-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist for Cheyney House in Hartford, CT. The role focuses on client supervision, safety, and program operations, addressing criminogenic needs with evidence-based groups and case management to aid community re-entry.

Responsibilities include shift-specific duties: counts, searches, incident reports, visitation, intake, and coordination of transportation and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 4 years in social services or criminal justice preferred.
• Must be able to arrive 15 minutes before shift change and stay later if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and ensure safety at Cheyney House.
• Coordinate program operations and administer assessments.
• Conduct searches, counts, and documentation per shift schedules.
• Supervise client movement, visitation, and self-administration of medication.
• Transport clients as needed in company vehicle and perform monthly drills.
