Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is seeking a part-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist at Cheyney House in Hartford, CT. You will supervise clients, uphold safety protocols, and provide counseling, advocacy and support within an adult residential facility.

You will conduct assessments, monitor service plan goals, and engage clients in services addressing criminogenic needs. Shift duties include intake, movement, and documenting all activities to support successful community re-entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 4 years in social service or criminal justice preferred.
• Able to report 15 minutes early and stay late when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and a safe environment at Cheyney House.
• Complete intake and orientation for new arrivals; facilitate client movement.
• Conduct searches, incident reporting, and documentation; monitor medication administration.
