Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a part-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist at Cheyney House in Hartford, CT.

You will supervise clients, uphold safety, and support counseling and advocacy efforts, with a focus on trauma-informed practices and community re-entry. The role requires shift-based operations, intake processing, incident reporting, and adherence to program policies, including movement and medication monitoring.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience preferred.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
• Arrive 15 minutes before shift and may stay later.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and complete program operations.
• Ensure security of facility keys and conduct searches as assigned.
• Administer intake and orientation for new arrivals.
• Monitor medication self-administration and document results.
• Transport clients in a company vehicle as needed.
