Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) seeks a part-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist for the Stein House location in Hartford, CT. You will supervise clients, follow agency policies, and support counseling and case management to promote successful community re-entry.

You will conduct shifts that include overnight hours (Friday–Monday 12:00am–8:00am), ensure safety, document activities, and coordinate with staff for smooth operations in a residential facility.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
• Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change, may also be required to stay later.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver"s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and complete all required program operations.
• Uphold all Agency policies and procedures pertaining to safety and security of clients and property.
• Facilitate counseling, advocacy and support for clients.
• Complete house counts and document results on each shift.
• Transport clients as needed in a Company vehicle.
• Conduct monthly emergency drills and monitor client self-administration of medication.
