Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. in Hartford, CT is seeking a part-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist for the Cheyney House facility. You will supervise clients, uphold safety policies, and support counseling and advocacy efforts to aid successful community re-entry.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma and 4 years of experience in social services or criminal justice, plus a valid driver s license. You will work the third shift, with pay of $19.75 per hour and applicable shift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4 years of related social service or criminal justice experience preferred.
• Must arrive 15 minutes prior to shift; valid driver s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and maintain safety and security in the residential facility.
• Conduct house and perimeter checks; log incidents and update records.
• Transport clients in company vehicle as needed; conduct monthly drills and intake on new arrivals.
• Facilitate client orientation and movement within the facility; monitor medication self-administration.
