Zusammenfassung

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide daily care and services to residents per care plans. You will assist with meals, ADLs, and mobility, while maintaining a warm and safe environment on a 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, reporting changes in residents’ conditions, and cooperating with nursing staff. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with strong communication and teamwork skills preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow care plans and policies.
• Proficiency in basic computer and documentation tasks.

• Provide routine daily care and services per care plan.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report changes in condition promptly.
• Assist with meals, ADLs, and mobility as trained.
• Document observations, incidents, and actions clearly and promptly.
• Greet residents, maintain a safe, warm environment and assist with transfers.
• Support nursing staff and communicate effectively with supervisors.
