Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to assigned residents, following their care plans and assessments. The role includes assisting with meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily activities, while maintaining a calm, warm environment on the unit.

Applicants must adhere to privacy policies and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the Health and Wellness Director.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Use PCC to ensure correct resident information when assisting with ALDS, meals, etc.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Health and Wellness Director.
• Document entries on notes, SPAs and incident reports accurately.
• Protect resident health information and report any unauthorized disclosure.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Make beds, keep residents comfortable, and ensure rooms are ready for the resident.
