Job summary

PACS is seeking a compassionate care aide to provide routine daily care to residents, following their care plans and assessments. You will greet residents, assist with daily tasks, and ensure a calm, supportive environment during your shift.

Responsibilities include reporting health changes, maintaining accurate notes, and protecting resident privacy. Training will cover all required procedures and safety protocols to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business material.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services to residents according to assessments and care plans.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Health and Wellness Director promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and report unauthorized access to information systems.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as trained.
• Ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for during shifts.
