PACS Group is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Assistant to deliver routine daily care and services to residents per care plans. Shift 2pm-10:30pm, with duties including meals, mobility, and personal care, while maintaining dignity and safety.

You will document care, report changes to Health and Wellness leadership, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality, confidential care in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic documents.
• Proficiency with basic computer and documentation tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Assist residents with meals, personal care, mobility, and transport within the facility.
• Greet residents, maintain a calm environment, and ensure room readiness.
• Record notes, incident reports, and update health records as directed.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors and protect resident information.
