Job summary

You will document observations, report changes to supervisors, and cooperate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services per the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
• Record entries in notes, SPAs, and incident reports clearly and descriptively.
• Escort residents to their rooms and greet them warmly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as trained.
