Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time teacher to share the gospel in a classroom setting, combining Bible knowledge with engaging teaching. The ideal candidate is an active church participant with strong communication and interpersonal skills, caring and perceptive, able to connect with both churched and unchurched students.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.
• Mature Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with What We Believe

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training: certification within 30 days and annual LifeWise Summit attendance.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Maintain attendance records, rosters, and materials for substitutes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and manage supplies.
• Communicate with program director and school personnel to stay informed about schedules and student well-being
