Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Natick, MA. You will engage guests, provide information about Lucid vehicles, and support daily studio operations to deliver an elevated customer experience.

The role requires flexibility including evenings and weekends, with 20–25 hours per week. You will capture customer leads in Salesforce and guide prospects through the test-drive journey.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
• Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready.
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests).
• Support day to day studio operations as needed
