Role includes capturing leads in Salesforce, scheduling test drives, and supporting daily studio operations. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 18 years old minimum.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Experience in a customer-facing environment preferred.
• Flexibility including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high-quality customer leads in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend vehicles.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the next step in their journey.
• Support studio operations and test drive readiness.
