Job summary

Right At School, a before/after school program provider, is seeking an Educator in New Jersey. The role supports the mission to inspire a love of learning by delivering engaging, safe activities for children before and after school.

Shift-based schedule (Morning 6:30–8:45, Afternoon 3:45–6:00) with up to 22.5 hours per week. Requires NJ state prerequisites such as First Aid/CPR and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to healthy living and safety.

Responsibilities

• Review goals and updates in daily program meetings.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum.
• Lead by example in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Prioritize safety and joy, documenting attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
