Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to join our after-school program in New Jersey. You will help deliver engaging activities, supervise children, and support daily enrichment that fosters a love of learning.

You'll work Monday through Friday with morning and after-school hours, maintain a safe environment, collaborate with staff and parents, and help meet program goals while modeling positive guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with children under 13.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs as needed.
• Meet New Jersey state requirements for program staff.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork drive program success.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum.
• Lead by example with a safe, nurturing environment.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
