Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support its before/after school programs in New Jersey. You will help plan and deliver daily activities, manage classroom routines, and promote a safe, engaging environment that inspires a love of learning.

The role requires strong customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to work with children under 13. State requirements include First Aid/CPR, TB clearance, MMR, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR in-person, as required by New Jersey state rules.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR vaccination.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program meetings to review goals and progress.
• Organize activities and curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Lead structured daily fitness and educational activities for children.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive behavior.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
