Job summary

C2 Education in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a part-time Educational Coordinator to help schedule classes, coordinate events, and support instructors and students in a positive learning environment.

You will manage logistics, communicate program details, maintain accurate enrollment and attendance records, and assist with technology setup and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of educational services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience coordinating educational programs.
• Experience in a classroom or educational setting.
• Experience with administrative duties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and other educational events.
• Communicate program details and changes with students, instructors, and stakeholders.
• Provide support to students addressing inquiries and academic needs.
• Maintain records of enrollment, attendance, progress, and data.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with team to ensure successful delivery of programs.
• Maintain a positive learning environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, instructors, parents.
• Provide administrative support to instructors and assist with tech setup.
• Answer student inquiries and provide information about programs.
• Perform other related duties.
