C2 Education is seeking a part-time Scheduling Coordinator to coordinate after-school classes, workshops, and events. You will liaise between students, instructors, and the organization to ensure smooth operation and a positive learning environment.

Your role includes maintaining records, supporting students’ academic needs, and helping with logistics and technology setup. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and events, including scheduling and room bookings.

• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and progress.
